Bit Walk is a crypto walking app that pays you in Bitcoin for staying active. Unlike most walking apps that offer PayPal cashouts or gift cards, Bit Walk focuses entirely on cryptocurrency rewards. Since you’re earning Bitcoin rather than dollars, the value of your rewards can fluctuate depending on the price of BTC.

I’ve always liked walking apps because they provide extra motivation to exercise while earning a little money on the side. Whether you’re walking outside, working, or simply moving around the house, Bit Walk allows you to turn those steps into Bitcoin.

Like most walking apps, ads are required to maximize your earnings. However, one thing that stands out with Bit Walk is that the ads are much shorter than those found on most competing apps, often allowing you to skip after only a few seconds.

How to Earn

Walking

Walking is the primary way to earn. Every 250 steps unlocks a reward box. Most walking apps use 100-step intervals, so Bit Walk requires a bit more walking between rewards.

Each reward gives approximately 0.0024–0.0036 BTCp, although the amount varies and doesn’t appear to follow any specific pattern.

You can either:

  • Claim the reward normally.
  • Watch a short ad to double the reward.

Personally, I recommend watching the ad since Bit Walk’s ads are much shorter than those on most walking apps.

Daily Step Limit

Bit Walk has a daily cap of approximately 15,000 steps, so heavy walkers won’t earn beyond that limit.

Bitcoin Price Prediction

Under the Earn tab, Bit Walk offers a daily Bitcoin prediction game.

Each day you predict whether Bitcoin’s price will go up or down from the previous Bitcoin price snapshot. If you’re correct, you’ll receive roughly double the reward compared to an incorrect prediction. Watching an ad allows you to double the reward again.

One interesting thing about this feature is that users in the western hemisphere from Europe can somewhat “cheese” the system. Because the reset occurs during the daytime rather than overnight, you can often check the current direction shortly before reset and adjust your prediction accordingly.

Since Bitcoin is highly volatile, the price frequently moves enough to make this a relatively easy daily bonus.

Lucky Spin

Bit Walk gives you five spins per day, with a one-hour cooldown between spins.

Rewards range from roughly:

  • 0.0016 BTCp
  • Up to around 0.0042 BTCp

You’ll need to watch an ad before claiming each reward, but again, the ads are fairly short.

Games

Bit Walk also includes game offers.

These are standard multi-level reward games with milestone tasks. Unfortunately, this is probably the weakest part of the app. This section is essentially playtime rewards, it has the same layout and works the same way.

Game Selection

Compared to other GPT apps:

  • Low selection.
  • Payouts are below average.
  • Low quality game titles.

The rewards are displayed in dollars rather than BTCp, which at least makes comparing offers easier.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend using Bit Walk primarily for game offers.

Offerwall

Bit Walk currently offers only one offerwall:

MyChips

MyChips is one of my preferred offerwalls. While primarily only offering games, it also offers games with playtime rewards, which pays you to just have the game open rather than having to complete tasks, although all these games also have a task list for additional learnings on top of play time rewards.

Unfortunately Bit walk’s Mychips doesn’t seem to have any playtime reward offers.

Another downside is that rewards are paid in diamonds, which are then converted into BTCp, making it difficult to estimate actual earnings, as well as comparing prices across other apps for the same offer.

Cashout Options

Cashout Time

  • Usually 1 week to 1 month.
  • One of the slowest withdrawal systems I’ve encountered.

Minimum Cashout

$20

Cashout Methods

  • Bitcoin only

I personally used the wallet (Rock Wallet) recommended by Bit Walk, although I’m not sure whether other wallets are supported.

πŸ“· Payment Proof:

I’ll update this section after another withdrawal to see whether payouts are based on Bitcoin’s value at the time of cashout or at the time the payment is actually sent, as well as gas fees if any.

Availability

  • Android
  • iOS

Available in most major countries.

My Gripes

Steps Don’t Update Automatically

You often have to switch to another app then back to Bitwalk or fully close it to have it update your steps.

Unlike many walking apps, Bit Walk doesn’t have a convenient notification tracker to show your progress.

Banner Ads

Leaving the app open in the background and going back to it, or pulling down notifications triggers a banner ad, which will cover your whole screen. You’ll usually have to wait a couple seconds for the “x” button to show up before closing it.

These usually last only a few seconds but can be annoying.

Bitcoin Conversion Is Confusing

Because rewards are paid in BTCp rather than dollars or smaller crypto coins like Satoshi, it’s difficult to estimate exactly how much you’re earning.

Very Slow Withdrawals

Crypto withdrawals already tend to be slower than PayPal cashouts, but Bit Walk is one of the slowest apps I’ve personally used.

Depending on how the app processes withdrawals, you may receive:

  • The Bitcoin price when you requested the cashout.
  • Or the Bitcoin price when the payment is finally sent.

Since Bitcoin is volatile, this can work for or against you.

Final Thoughts: Is Bit Walk Worth It?

Would I recommend Bit Walk? Yes.

Compared to many walking apps I’ve tried, Bit Walk offers better-than-average earnings while requiring fewer ads than most competitors. The ads themselves are shorter and allow you to skip early, making the experience much less frustrating.

The daily prediction game and lucky spins are nice bonuses that add a bit of extra passive income without requiring additional effort. Combined with the walking rewards, Bit Walk provides a solid amount of value for simply staying active.

That said, the app isn’t perfect. The biggest drawbacks are the Bitcoin-only cashouts and extremely slow withdrawal times. If you prefer PayPal or gift cards, this app probably isn’t for you.

The game offers also aren’t particularly competitive, Definity not the lowest. I’d recommend using dedicated GPT platforms instead, when it comes to game offers.

Overall, Bit Walk is one of the better walking apps available in 2026. If you don’t mind getting paid in Bitcoin and can tolerate the slow cashouts, it’s definitely worth adding alongside other walking apps to maximize your passive earnings.
