Master FAQ Page

I’ll try to asnwer as many frequently asked questions as I can and slowly add to the list when I can. These answers will be based off my opinion, waht I’ve tested and my experience throughout the years of being in beermoney.

Check out my Monthly Earnings Page, where I document what I cashout from, how much I made, and even my trading and investing account progress, all funded by beermoney. I provide screenshots of most if not all my cashouts.

1. What is Beermoney and how does it work?

Beermoney originally referred to making a bit of side cash, just enough to buy a beer or two. These days, it generally means earning small amounts of extra money through low-effort online tasks. Think surveys, watching ads, playing games, installing apps, or completing small tasks via apps and websites. It’s not meant to replace a job, just some extra income in your spare time.

2. Is Beermoney still worth it in 2025?

To be honest, Beermoney has never been truly worth it in terms of time-to-money ratio compared to a job or freelance gig. But it’s still popular because of its flexibility. I’ve been doing it for years as a student with no job, and I like it because:

  • I can do it on my own time
  • No need to talk to people
  • I can multitask while watching anime, gaming, or doing chores

If you value flexibility over hourly wage, it’s still worth doing casually.

3. How much can you realistically earn per month?

That varies a lot based on:

  • How much time you put in
  • Your location and demographics
  • What apps/offers you have access to
  • Referral bonuses (if any)

Check out my Monthly Earnings Logs for real examples of what I’ve earned.

4. What are the best legit Beermoney apps right now?

This list will grow as I review more apps. Here are some of the best ones I’ve used:

  • PaidViewpoint – great for short, easy surveys
  • JustPlay – earn from playing games
  • Qmee – low cashout threshold, passive-ish tasks
  • Swagbucks – especially with True[x] offers or receipt scanning
  • InboxDollars – decent if you have True[x] access

5. Are Beermoney sites safe to use? What should I avoid?

Most are safe if you’re careful, but always be cautious:

Avoid apps that:

  • Ask for Social Security numbers or bank logins
  • Promise unrealistic earnings like “$10+ in a few minutes”
  • Appear overly new or have no reviews/payment proof

If I review a legit app, I’ll always include payment proof.

6. Can Beermoney be a full-time income?

Technically possible… but highly discouraged. To even try, you’d need:

  • A lot of referrals
  • Multiple devices for phone farming
  • Constant effort to stay unbanned or avoid offer restrictions

Apps are also stricter now with anti-fraud systems. Even legit users get banned occasionally. Treat it as a side hustle only.

7. Which Beermoney tasks pay the most with the least effort?

There aren’t many anymore, but a few stand out:

  • PaidViewpoint: limited but super easy surveys
  • Certain game offers: Some platforms pay decently for hitting in-game milestones
    (Will add more soon)

I’ll update a list of platforms that have these game offers soon.

8. What are multi-level offers, and how do they work?

These are mostly found in game-based offers. A multi-level offer rewards you for completing progressive tasks, like reaching certain levels or building up power. You’re paid per milestone, but you must complete each one in order (in most cases).

Some require purchases, check before committing.
Recommend using a cashback credit card to earn a lil extra back, and build credit.

9. How do offerwalls work?

Offerwalls (like Tapjoy, AdGate, RevU, etc.) are platforms that partner with Beermoney apps. When you complete an offer, the beermoney platform gets paid by the advertiser (offerwall), and the app gives you a cut.

Pro tip: Different apps might have the same offer but pay different rates. Compare payouts to avoid low-paying duplicates.
I recommend reading my multi-Level game offers to learn more

10. Why didn’t I get paid for an offer?

Possible reasons:

  • The app/site is a scam
  • Offer wasn’t tracked correctly
  • You didn’t meet a requirement (e.g., time played, level reached)
  • You used a VPN (don’t do this)

Try contacting their support.

11. What’s the best strategy for stacking Beermoney offers?

Here’s a good method:

  • Use low-effort apps while multitasking (watching TV, gaming, chores)
  • Focus on limited daily surveys like PaidViewpoint
  • Schedule your highest paying or game-based tasks when you’re more focused
  • Don’t rely on one app, diversify

12. Can you use a VPN with Beermoney apps?

No. VPN usage will get you banned almost instantly.

Most apps forbid VPNs to prevent fraud and protect advertisers. I don’t know of a single reputable app that allows it.

13. What countries are Beermoney apps available in?

Availability varies by app, but:

  • The U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia have the most access
  • Some apps are expanding into countries like India, Brazil, and parts of Europe
  • If you’re outside these areas, expect fewer offers

👉 I’ll add country-by-country availability lists as I go (eventually). Comment if you want to help others!

14. How do referral programs work?

Each app is different, but typical rewards include:

  • Flat bonus when someone signs up
  • You both get a reward after certain conditions
  • You earn a percentage of what your referrals make

⚠️ Referrals never reduce the other user’s earnings.

15. What’s the difference between Beermoney and passive income?

Beermoney: Active or semi-active tasks for small cash. Think surveys, games, receipt uploads.
Passive income: Money earned with little to no effort after an upfront investment (time or money). Think dividends, content royalties, or rental income.

Beermoney can be semi-passive at best.

16. What’s the best way to track earnings?

Basic options:

  • Check your cashout history in the app/site
  • Use PayPal transaction logs
  • Create a spreadsheet to track across multiple apps

I recommend keeping monthly totals so you can review progress.
Feel free to check out my monthly earnings pages

17. Are apps like Toluna, YouGov, or Pinecone worth it?

Sometimes. Here’s my take:

  • They pay better than some survey apps
  • You may only qualify for a few surveys per week
  • Surveys are hit or miss in terms of quality and time
  • Getting better at spotting screeners = higher success
  • The more survey sites, the higher chance of better paying surveys

Tip: Use multiple survey sites for more chances at good-paying surveys.

18. Can teens or students do Beermoney?

Yes! I started in high school.

But to cash out via PayPal, you usually need to be 18 or older. Workarounds like using a parent’s account exist but might violate app ToS.
You can alaways cash out for other giftcard options as well.

Gift card cashouts may vary, I’ll update this section with more age info soon.
